Role and Responsibilities 

1. Handles the Daily Reconciliation of cash 
2. Handles Freshies treatment/count on daily basis 
3. Performs the cycle count as per plan that is set by the Senior Inventory Controller and management 
4. Handles the expiry check cycle 
5. Handles FEFO check cycle 
6. Dispatches the orders prepared by the pickers 
7. Handles the POPs check-up 
8. Handles all products replenishment  
9. Prepare all transfers that are provided by the demand planning department  
10. Handles all returns 
11. Check all open sales orders and report it to the warehouse controller 
12. Check Open PO and report it to the warehouse controller  
13. Handles Zenput 
14. Handles Export and Print Pos and report it to the warehouse controller 
15. Controls proper organization/zoning/planogram of products in the warehouse as per the set guidelines. 
16. Follow-up with Customer Support team on all delayed orders, order discrepancies and POS issues. 
17. Performs other duties as assigned. 

Education Requirements 

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or in process or equivalent in experience or technical degree
