Role and Responsibilities 

1. Launches stores covering all operational pillars related to stocks, assets, merchandising, etc.
2. Manages the warehouses that are related to his/her area  
3. Overlooks the operational field processes and their implementation, covering all the checklist by store (cash reconciliation, freshies treatment, returns, replenishment, FEFO, expiry checking, etc.)  
4. Handles, coordinates, and finalizes the cycle counts and stock take operations in his/her area, ensuring proper implementation and reasonable results 
5. Approves the schedules of the pickers and dispatchers set by the Warehouse Controller 
6. Monitors and enhances the order cycle, starting with processing and ending with delivery, in coordination with the fleet management  
7. Coordinates with the technical departments to standardize functions and tasks into the system for automation purposes  
8. Works an accurate reporting of activity based on KPIs to monitor the performance, results, and progress versus objectives 
9. Initiates recruitment of Warehouse Controllers/Assistant Warehouse Controller/Pickers related to the warehouses of his/her area then shadows and trains subordinates in alignment with the objectives; then covers the free-lancers payroll cycle 
10. Coordinates with the accounting department to solve the sales orders discrepancies (missing COD, open order, canceled orders, etc.) 
11. Handles and solves any issue with other stakeholders (marketing, demand planning, commercial, HR, etc.) related to his/her area  
12. Covers the consumables duty for all stores related to his/her area 
13. Performs other duties as assigned 

Education Requirements 

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any equivalent degree
