ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handles the sourcing and recruitment process for the assigned operational positions, based on vacancies and/or backup CVs purposes
- Sets and constantly develops a list of official local entities, universities, retailers, and other potential sources of recruitment by area, and conducts field visits ahead of filling reports with outcomes
- Plans the running digital ads of the assigned vacancies with the marketing department, and ensures they are posted and boosted as per need
- Collects, pre-recruitment, and all requisite paperwork for new pickers as per the process and hands them to the back office HRD
- Updates the Operations recruitment tracker related to the assigned positions constantly, enabling a live view of outcomes
- Assists with the attendance and payroll cycles related to the pickers
- Performs other duties as assigned
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
BA in HR Management or equivalent is a plus
