The delivery service fee is 109,990LBP for any location in Lebanon.
What is the refund policy?
You can contact noknok’s customer support team via the app to check if the return policy is applicable to your case.

How do I track my order?
You can track your order by clicking on the home page’s icon at the bottom left. You can also track your order by heading to “My Profile,” followed by “Order History”, then clicking on the desired order.
Can I pay in USD?
noknok accepts USD bills, please mention in the “Notes” section the amount of the bill you wish to pay. Also, you can contact noknok’s customer support team via live chat on the app.
What are the payment methods?
noknok Lebanon accepts payment in a form of Cash, POS & Online Card payments.
How can I change my address after placing an order?
If you intend to change the location, the only option is to cancel the order. If needing to amend the floor or the building number, please contact noknok’s customer support team via live chat on the app.
Is there a minimum order charge?
noknok is committed to delivering an order at your premises with no minimum amount.
How can I leave a note for the driver?
Upon checkout, choose from the available notes suggested and/or add your instructions in the available “Delivery Instructions” field. You can also contact noknok’s customer support team via the app.
What if I missed my delivery?
In case you are unreachable, your order will be canceled 45 minutes after arriving at the location. The customer service team can always reinitiate your order at any time by asking you to place a new order. You can simply go to “My profile, followed by “Order History”, then select order again.
When do I receive my order?
noknok is committed to delivering your order within the advised estimated time of delivery mentioned upon placing the order. The average delivery time is 15mins. If facing an issue with your order’s delivery time, you can contact noknok’s customer support team via the app.
Can I pre-order?
Pre-ordering is currently unavailable.
How can I proceed with an inquiry regarding my order?

How can I suggest an unavailable product?
After adding an item to your basket, select “Suggest Products”, add the desired item(s), and click on "Submit”.
How can we donate through noknok?
Visit the “Donation” section, select the NGO you wish to donate to, and place your order. You can also donate from outside of Lebanon by selecting the full online payment.
How can I refer noknok to a friend?
Head to “My profile” followed by “Refer a Friend”. Tap on “Share”, then choose a sharing channel followed by the person’s contact. Once the referred person installs the app and uses the code shared by you, he will benefit from a LBP300,000 discount, and LBP200,000 will be added to your wallet.
How do I become a supplier with noknok?
